"Everyone at The Koolik Group always made themselves available for us, showed tremendous patience, and helped guide us through the whole process from zeroing in on a community straight thru to closing. We would highly recommend!"

Bill Tucker

"Purchasing a dream house for the next 20+ years is a daunting exercise, specially in a hot market like Boca Raton and during the confusing post covid era. We just could not have done it without The Koolik Group. They are highly knowledgable and professional, and what sets them apart is the team and organization that the Koolik's have built. From truly assessing our needs, zeroing in on the right neighborhood, and identifying and closing on the right house. Thanks to the entire team - Elliot, Sharon, Lock and the behind the scenes professionals. Great job guys!"

Anand Malani

"Alison Ledbetter was a pleasure to work with! She kept me informed & guided me in the showing of my home. Alison was cognizant of my time & was always prompt & kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home."

Donna Kaplan

"I transacted our home in a day. Never listed before we blinked it was sold. The Koolik Group handled my sale and my purchase of a new home as a team. I can be difficult at times but they understand the anxiety that goes along with moving and helped make it as seamless as possible with referrals and appointments given the tumultuous buying environment in South Florida. I would highly recommend them and remain thankful for all their efforts. They know this market and got the job done in record time. Thanks Elliot, Wendy, Steve and your whole team!"

William Kay

"I have worked with Elliot and Steve Koolik over the years, on three different real estate transactions. I can’t say enough about the group as a whole. Elliot and Steve are just the kindest most thorough professional people. We always knew that we were in the best of hands! I cannot recommend Elliot Koolik highly enough! The entire team was stellar - loved also working with Sharon Lynn, Bea, Bianca and can’t forget Lock!"

Mia Russo Stern

"Bianca with Koolik group has a wonderful, Elegant personable and very knowledgeable approach of marketing and describing any of your properties. working with her was an absolute delight. Very swift and bright and anticipates a lot. FIVE STARS! Experience"

Anna Be

"Bianca, Wendy, Elliot and the entire team over at The Koolik Group have made looking for a rental so much easier. Also we were able to get into a very nice property quickly and with no hassles. We are moving soon to a different city in the state and we asked for a Compass rep they recommended. I will not purchase a home unless it's with Compass and I can't thank The Koolik group for their incredible service and knowledge."

Anthony Francis

"When I was going through my search of housing in Palm Beach County, The Koolik Group immediately stood out as the best realtor group in Boca Raton. They had come highly recommended by multiple friends as their customer service could not be matched. The team has shown attention to detail and graciousness in explaining the application responsibilities, provides guidance on how to make competitive but responsible bids, and offers wise decision making throughout the house hunting process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for rentals or purchasing a home in the Palm Beach County area."

Zac Saltzman

"I highly recommend The Koolik Group. Elliot and his team are reliable, honest, helpful, organized and a pleasure to work with. They were always available to show houses, answer questions, take measurements, etc. I can't imagine having purchased my new home without their help. I wish there were more stars to give them!"

Lila Adwar

"The Koolik group went above and beyond helping our family relocate to Boca. We met remotely to begin our search and, when we came to Florida to see homes, we not only saw great houses but they also showed us around the area, including ice creams spots for our kids. Overall, they held our hands throughout the process and, since we were out of state, were great representatives for us on the ground in Florida when we couldn't be. Their established network allows them to have real insights on the real estate market in the area. I would highly recommend them for their dedication and attentive service to their clients."

Cynthia Arenson

After a long search for our forever home, Elliot and his team at the Koolik Group helped us secure the home of our dreams. We had a long list of wants and needs, and they found us a home that checked all of the boxes. Throughout the entire process, their team was responsive, answered all of our questions, and made sure our closing went smoothly. I could not recommend their team enough. If you are in the market to purchase a home or looking to sell, look no further than The Koolik Group!

Jess & Nick Pirrone

Worked with Alison Ledbetter. She took us to over 7 locations in one day and was very detailed with each visit. That was a lot of showings in one day but we only had one day to do it and each route was planned out perfectly. Very thoughtful in each showing. I would recommend Alison. Great REALTOR^®"

Kimberly Gross

"I worked with The Koolik Group to purchase a home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Elliot and his team were extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions without hesitation."

Anthony U.

"Koolik Group delivered top-notch performance in selling our luxury home. Led by Elliott, the team excelled in every aspect—from fair listing negotiations to effective advertising. Team members like Steve, Lock, Lindsey, and others were professional and efficient. The result? A sale price that met 100% of our net target, achieved in just three weeks. Highly recommended."

Tom D.

"I have bought and sold six different properties within the last 12 years in Florida, California and the New York area. The Koolik group stand out as the nicest, most helpful and most knowledgeable of all agents I have dealt with. I highly recommend them!"
