Jill's Story

Jill Levine is a South Florida Realtor with Compass, based in Boca Raton and serving clients throughout Palm Beach County, as well as select areas of Broward County and Miami-Dade. Her business is primarily centered in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, and Parkland, where she has developed a strong understanding of the local communities and real estate markets. Jill works with buyers, sellers, renters, and investors, with much of her business coming through referrals from past clients and personal connections.

Known for being relatable, responsive, and genuinely invested in her clients, Jill believes that real estate is ultimately about relationships. She takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and provides thoughtful, straightforward guidance throughout the process. Whether helping someone find their first home, sell a longtime property, make a move within South Florida, or evaluate an investment opportunity, Jill approaches every transaction with the same level of care and attention.

Through working with clients who purchase properties as investments, Jill has developed a particular interest in the investment side of real estate. She enjoys helping clients evaluate rental potential, market conditions, and long-term value to identify opportunities that align with their goals.

A native New Yorker and graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), Jill spent more than a decade working in product development within the fashion industry in New York City. Her career helped her develop strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and an eye for design—qualities that continue to serve her well in real estate.

In 2012, Jill and her family relocated to Lima, Peru, her husband’s home country, where they lived for ten years before returning to South Florida and settling in Boca Raton. During her time in Peru, Jill became proficient in Spanish and immersed herself in a different culture. The experience gave Jill a firsthand understanding of international relocation and a connection to the culture that remains an important part of her background.

As a mom of three, Jill also has firsthand experience navigating different schools, educational environments, and communities. She enjoys sharing that perspective with families considering where to live and helping clients find a home and community that fits their lifestyle.

Outside of real estate, Jill is a die-hard New York sports fan and enjoys dining out, traveling, boating, Pilates, and pickleball. But her favorite time is spent with her family, friends, and her dog, Lola.
