Rich DiDonato’s passion for real estate began after college, while investing in residential properties. He leveraged this experience into senior executive real estate and construction roles with prominent retailers including Coach, Danskin and Dooney & Bourke. Prior to Coach’s Initial Public Offering, Rich led the opening of over 150 stores within 4 years.

Rich's Story

Over the last 20 years, Rich has been a dedicated and results-driven commercial real estate broker specializing in all asset types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, restaurant and land. He has built a reputation for delivering strategic solutions that help clients maximize their investments and achieve their business goals. Throughout his career, Rich has successfully represented landlords, tenants, and investors in transactions totaling over $350 million in value. He is known for his deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to providing exceptional client service. Rich takes pride in building trusted relationships and guiding clients through every stage of the process from market analysis and site selection to negotiations and closing, while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and long-term value.

Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, where he was a member of the Men’s Basketball Team. When not working with clients, Rich is involved with the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and International Council of Shopping Centers. He resides in Delray Beach and enjoys the beach, golfing, pickleball, and spending time with his daughters and friends.
