Layne's Story

Prior to entering real estate, Layne first spent a decade in social work, earning accolades for her achievements in that profession. Now affiliated with Compass and maintaining her base of operations in Boca Raton, Layne is able to translate that empathetic and person-focused approach into first-class customer service. Layne claims Montreal as her hometown, and with family in New York, New Jersey, and Boston is adept at supporting clients who are relocating to South Florida. She is naturally organized and always committed to getting the job done. And, of course, the people are a big part of what makes the job fulfilling. Layne is a long-time resident of South Florida, completing her degree in criminal justice at Florida Atlantic University in 2001. She finds Boca Raton and the surrounding area to be very family-oriented and welcoming. Clients benefit from Layne’s deep local familiarity, being able to advise on which neighborhoods might be the best fit. In her own time, Layne enjoys working out and traveling with her family to explore new cities.
