A licensed real estate agent for over a decade, Erica began her real estate career by winning the "Rookie of the Year" honors at her first firm, and since then has continued to enjoy recognition as a top agent. Erica knows how challenging renting or buying a home can be, and works to make the process both manageable and transparent.

Erica is dually licensed in Florida and New York, bridging the gap between the two markets. A native of New Jersey, Erica is a graduate of The University of Michigan (Go Blue!) who spends her spare time exploring new restaurants and chasing her children around various playgrounds and splash pads.
