Regardless of what neighborhood her client is either selling or buying in, Bonny works diligently and effectively to achieve results. For sellers, her strength in marketing, negotiating and accurate pricing gets them not only the best possible price but the most qualified buyers to see the deal through to the closing. "What attracted me most to this particular area of South Florida is the incredible amount of growth in both the commercial and residential sectors of West Palm Beach. The dining options are incredible, amenity driven condominiums being built everywhere, beaches that are pristine and sunshine daily. Plus, it is amazing how many of the residents are still part time New Yorkers or people who have lived in New York for most of their lives. Feels like home. Bonny had a successful 20 year career in the fashion industry as a senior account executive prior to real estate. That role strongly supported the astute interpersonal, organizational and marketing skills that she uses daily. "Obsessively organized," as she is described by those who know her, on top of every detail, Bonny leaves nothing to chance when it comes to your real estate transaction. Instead, she will focus on the task at hand to help her clients buy or sell property with great ease and reward. Bonny loves the theater, beach, travel, and dining out. She is a dog lover with an adorable 4 pound biewer terrier named Dumpling at home and her son is a freshman at Loyola Maryland University.
