Everything we know so far about Lotus Palm

The newest GL Community has been announced: Lotus Palm. Picking up where Lotus left off, this new community will be located on Glades Road just West of the turnpike at the old Boca Municipal Golf Course.

There will be ~525 lots, with a mix of (Fiji) 50’ and (Bali) 62’ models

  • Fiji Plans Deleted: 

Plan 52/Tahiti, 

Plan 54/Moorea, & Plan 53/Kauai

  • Bali Plans Deleted: 

Plan 61/Java 

& Plan 65/Sumatra Alternate

  • There will be 2 new plans:

Large single story 50’s floor plan added with 3 car garage

Large single story 62’s floor plan added with 3 car garage

Sumatra Grand- Revision to Sumatra Master Bathroom

Improvements made to many existing floor plans (deeper garages)

There is No Set Date, but it's expected to open in March but the breakdown for deposits have been announced.

  • $10,000 @ Reservation/Grand Opening (refundable)
  • Balance of 10% on base house and lot total @ Contract
  • 33% of any amount up to $85,000 and if the amount exceeds $85,000, 100% of the overage will be collected as well @ Final Options Appointment for Fiji.
  • 33% of any amount up to $110,000 and if the amount exceeds $110,000, 100% of the overage will be collected as well @ Final Options Appointment for Bali.

The rest will be due at closing.

Taxes run approximately 1.8% of the total purchase price with most buyers averaging between 10-15% in upgrades. Lot premiums typically run from $5k – $150k.
