Prior to joining The Koolik Group at Compass, Niki was an educator and continues to advocate for the educational needs of students with exceptionalities. Her career in education and her multicultural upbringing have taught her valuable life lessons and have allowed her to collaborate with people from all walks of life. Persistent, resilient, and resourceful best describe Niki, and these attributes help her to not only provide her clients with the highest quality of service, but also to exceed their expectations. When she isn't working, Niki enjoys reading, watching movies, dancing, singing karaoke, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
