Whether competing in an Ironman triathlon or guiding his real estate clients to the best possible outcome, there are no shortcuts for Elliot Koolik. With tireless passion, Elliot’s mission is to always do the right thing and exceed his clients’ expectations. Recognized repeatedly as a top-producing agent during over a three-decade career with his family’s Boca Raton-based brokerage, Elliot enjoys the journey he takes with buyers and sellers. Having personally sold over 1,000 homes, Elliot is a nationally ranked agent. Elliot is proactive, not reactive, in his approach. When he identifies a priority, he goes all in to create a successful outcome. Family is a key priority for Elliot—much more than the driver and basis of his business, and a huge personal source of fulfillment, happiness, and pride. Elliot and Wendy’s daughter Lindsey, the eldest of their three children, is a recent graduate of the University of Miami and has joined the family business out of Miami. With one son a recent graduate of Vanderbilt and the other a current student there, Elliot keeps busy with family but has also completed Ironman triathlons, has been a Maccabi soccer player, and enjoys tennis, golf, spinning, yoga, meditation, and diving. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Florida’s Fisher School of Accounting.
